BAXTECH SERVICES LTD rents out wireless 4G routers. The router comes with a power cable and a mobile data sim card that allows you to connect to the internet as well as a return slip to free post your router back at the end of your rental term..
When an order is placed four (4) days or more in advance, our Company will send the equipment with the goal of it arriving at the delivery location one to three days prior to the start of the rental period or on the day that you specified as the start of the rental period.
Our Company utilises a delivery service firm to deliver devices to addresses, thus we do not have control over what time the router arrives at its destination. As a result, on rare occasions, the router may arrive later than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Our Company will try to send the Wi-Fi equipment to your address by your start of hire date as long as the order has been made in less than four (4) working days in advance. It is your duty to ensure that you or someone you designate will be able to receive the router package when it arrives at your delivery address. You shall be in charge of receiving the device.
Once you place an order to rent a router, a security deposit of fifty pounds (£50.00) will be added to your balance at the checkout stage. Any damage or loss of the router shall be covered with the use of the deposit. The SIM card is protected by a security sticker. If there is evidence the sticker has been removed or tampered with, the deposit will not be refunded.
If, and once the router is returned in good functioning order, then your deposit will be refunded to the original payment method. It can take up to five (5) working days for returned routers to reach us. Once we receive the returned router, you will receive your refund within ten (10) working days
